All orders are processed within 4-5 weeks after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times

• USA: 4-5 weeks 
• International: 4-5 weeks 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

• JGF Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment.
• Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
